General
✞ Upon payment, you are agreeing to my TOS.✞ I have the right to deny a request for a commission if I see fit to do so.✞ All commissioned work by me must be credited on all platforms that it's used on.✞ Projects will be delivered in PNG format through VGen, OR Email. Original PSD files may be purchased.✞ If client wants an NSFW version of the artwork, it can be requested. Please mention it before the coloring process!

Payments
✞ General: The client is expected to pay in FULL upfront before I can proceed with the commission. I will not start any sketches or designs until the payment is through.✞ Live2D: Payment plans of $100 can be made. Project will only start once half the total payment is made.
Revisions
✞ I will not allow major changes to the composition after the base colours have been added.✞ Please keep in mind that other major changes will require an additional fee depending on complexity.
Deadline and Delivery
✞ Commissions will take up to 2 months depending on the service, the complexity of the character and work queue. Delivery date may vary for requests with no specific deadline.✞ If you wish to expedite the commission process, you can request to be placed on a priority list, which will have a fee of +30% of original cost.
Refunds
✞ Refunds are not permitted at all if I have started any kind of work on the commission, this includes any sketches or designs that have already been made.✞ A refund is allowed if I have not yet started the commission within 2 weeks of the order being confirmed.
Communication
✞ You can DM me on VGen or Twitter if you have any change requests or questions about the commissions.
Intellectual Property Rights / AI and NFTs
✞ I retain original copyright and ownership of the art, which includes advertising, and displaying the work on my websites, social media, and portfolios.✞ You are not allowed to sell the art✞ All artwork done by the artist can not and will not be used in NFT's, crypto, AI platforms, or anything with AI. Even if commercial rights have been purchased.
